As a Project Manager at Landmark, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through every phase of their project, and leading teams of contractors, vendors, and architects to bring visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact and act as the Owner's representative for mid-sized projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and internal teams to determine project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure profitable agreements.
- Oversee project planning, including obtaining necessary permits and determining required resources.
- Plan and schedule all construction operations to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Supervise and guide project teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, performing regular site inspections.
- Prepare detailed status reports on project progress, including timelines, budget tracking, and change orders.
- Manage the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure that all project expenses are properly tracked and assigned.
- Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Serve as a professional representative of Landmark Custom Homes in all interactions and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction project management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Intermediate knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Certification in general construction trades (framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in driving profitability through effective management of schedules, costs, quality, and client relationships.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification is a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-volume environments.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Capable of working independently and making sound decisions as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to various teams, clients, and contractors.

- Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
