We are seeking a full-time Sr. Site Superintendent to oversee both commercial and residential construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of multiple projects from start to finish, managing on-site subcontractors, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to keep projects on track while upholding our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all construction activities on-site for commercial and residential projects.
• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 4-5 site superintendents.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for each construction phase, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Inspect subcontractor work for quality, safety, and adherence to project scope.
• Maintain job schedules by coordinating the arrival and departure of trades and materials.
• Oversee safety protocols, ensuring all work complies with OSHA standards and local building codes.
• Keep detailed job logs, track progress, and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the project.
• Conduct owner walk-throughs and orientations, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure site cleanliness and security while holding subcontractors accountable for daily tasks.
• Escalate and resolve any issues that could impact quality, cost, or client satisfaction.
• Serve as a professional representative of Landmark Custom Homes in all interactions and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or an associate's degree with 10-15 years of experience in construction management, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong supervisory experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
• Deep knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices and ability to read construction drawings.
• Demonstrated success in driving profitability through effective management of schedules, costs, quality, and client relationships.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and permitting processes.
• Certification in general construction trades (framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is a plus.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
