Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
  • Assist with HR functions, including managing benefits programs and employee enrollment
  • Develop and manage our employee training program, including tracking and scheduling ongoing training needs
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records, benefits documentation, and compliance with regulations
  • Provide general HR support, including answering employee questions about payroll and benefits

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g., Paychex Flex)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Familiarity with training program development and implementation

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Part-Time, Hourly Position
